August Gardening Tips/Tasks and Seeds to Plant | PNW Zone 8b

Hello all, I hope everyone, and their garden, made it through the heat wave. The good news is that the the bulk of the heat should be behind us and that means we can plant cool weather loving crops again- like arugula, Asian greens and other yummy leafy greens. In the PNW, August is like a second spring and I really enjoy seeding leafy greens (they produce a lot faster than the tomatoes we baby for 6 months).

In this video I talk about some tasks to complete in August as well as seeds to plant, and a few tips. I hope you enjoy August gardening as much as I do.
