Can Recipe Layout Make or Break a Cookbook?! Plus Pattypan Squash Gallete Perfect Fall Food!

Published
Today, we discuss whether a cookbooks layout can make or break the experience of using it and if a cookbook is worth keeping if it's super annoying in it's design! Plus, we make a pattypan squash gallete that really hit the spot and looks beautiful for a Fall table setting.

What you'll need:
Ricotta Cheese-- I made a vegan version
Pesto
Yellow Squash-- any kind, I used pattypans
Puff Pastry
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Lay out your thawed puff pastry and roll up each edge. The rest of the ingredients are up to your taste as to how much for each. Spread cheese, then pesto, then squash on puff pastry. Follow with a good drizzle of olive oil and salt and pepper. Pop into a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
