Complete guide to indoor seed starting for your Spring and Summer garden

Starting plants from seeds is the highlight of the beginning of the new gardening season. In Northern California Zone 9b, where I live, we can garden pretty much year round. But there is no other time of year that I start so many seeds as I do in the beginning of the growing season. And it starts now roughly 10 to 12 weeks before my last frost date which is sometime in the first or second week of March.
