Whether dealing with an allergy, vegan, gluten free or cooking for any other dietary needs, this video will make the process easier and faster! I’m here to show you that eating well can be fast, feasible, cheap and affordable for anyone to get started - regardless of lifestyle or circumstances.

My foodie mission here on YouTube is to teach you how to get creative and experiment in cooking up your own nourishing treats! I believe anyone should be able to cook up their own healthy food without a hassle. I want to show you that clean eating is accessible and affordable to anyone.

I prefer to create meal frameworks to get the ideas rolling, rather than have you follow a recipe. It can be complicated to fuss with measurements and instructions (which may take away from the relaxing part of cooking!) Instead, I’d rather give you inspiration to craft your own dishes that are customized and tailored to your particular taste, preference, and diet.

Being a nomad naturalist enables me to reconnect with nature in a whole new way. I hope to inspire this inner peace and happiness in others through a closer relationship with mama nature, through healthy eating, outdoor recreation, edible food gardening/farming, and sustainable living.
