After growing potatoes in our GreenStalk vertical garden, we transplanted fall vegetables into the Green Stalk, and now, a little over a month later (Zone 5 gardening), we want to provide you with an update.

These vegetables are lush and growing so quickly! The Swiss chard, and the kale are perfect cool weather crops, and here in Zone 5 Wisconsin, we need these cool weather crops to keep harvesting into late fall/early winter.

In addition to the more traditional cool weather crops, we are also growing strawberries that are still ripening, even into late October.

Both of the Green Stalk garden towers we show you today are performing at a high level, and we can't wait to continue growing indoors this winter.
