How do culture, family, and food connect to prevention? On your own time, participate in our virtual activity by watching the video and find out! The first (local) 45 participants will be able to claim their very own swag bag filled with freebies and education. All (local) participants will be entered into a raffle to claim one of several prizes. Anyone (non-local included) who participates will receive a $25 gift card (limit 1 per person).

The form will open at the time of the video premiere (February 28th, 2022 at 3:00PM PST) and close at 11:59PM PST on March 4th, 2022.

Staff will contact participants to pick up their bags and/or prizes the following week at our Rincon or Santa Ysabel clinic.
