Here are the FIRST HARVESTS in my "HOW MUCH FOOD CAN I GROW?" series!! I have a Zone 6 CANADIAN BACKYARD GARDEN. In this series I'm experimenting to find out how much food I can grow in some large and some very SMALL SPACE GARDENS! In this video I show the FIRST HARVESTS out of the garden! I WEIGH MY HARVESTS from the 2X2 GROW BAG, the 3'X11' RAISED BED, plant some more things in the garden and continue to wait for this chilly spring weather to pass....

I'm finally on my way to finding out just how cost effective home gardening can be! My goal is to produce at least 1000 POUNDS OF FOOD during this growing season! It's a slow start but I'm on my way to growing some FOOD SECURITY!
