Assalamu alaikum and Hi friends....hope you all are doing good...Today I made some lunch recipes using my home grown vegetables....made a special chicken curry,call"Chicken bistek"...this kind of chicken recipes made in special occasions Srilanka....this curry is done by some spices without chili powder so...I made this Chicken bistek recipe in my way so hope it will be useful to you all bit....

Yeah...this chicken curry will be very tasty as well as very healthy too...second think I thought to make was a pakkora using my fresh home grown winged bean,long bean seeds and with my fresh mint leaves too....I made this veg pakkora recipe specially for my two kids because they do not like to eat vegetables etc...so as a mother I have to feed my kids very tasty also very healthy in any ways..so I decided to make this easy and tasty pakkora recipe using my organic vegetables...this recipe used as a side dish for rice or may be used for a evening snack....

This recipe will be very interesting because I thought to make a simple but tasty dried fruit cake using my home made tutti frutti...I made some tutti frutti using my home grown fresh papaya and I made many dishes using these tiny tutti frutti and now added to my tasty fruit cake too...I made this cake without oven..it means in the fire wood stove so taste was awesome...I made this healthy fruit cake to make my kids evening time happy with some tasty tea...

So there many ways to feed your family...but if you are feeding your family right that satisfaction will fill our heart right?so please friend try to feed your family right way if it is hard a lot...this simple vlog will be useful bit.....take care and stay safe friends!!

Ingredients:
FOR MAKING CHICKEN BISTEK OR MY SPECIAL CHICKEN CURRY:
*Chicken-800g
*Turmeric-1 tea sp
*Salt
*Oil-2.5 TBsp
*Mustard seeds
*Fenugreek seeds
*A piece of onion
*Ginger garlic paste-Half TBsp
*Small piece of cinnamon stick
*Curry leaves and pandan leaf
*Pepper powder-1.5 TBsp
*Curry powder-2 TBsp
*Cumin powder-1TBsp
*Some water to mix masala
*Curd-2.5 TBsp[opional]
*Roasted coconut-3 TBsp

FOR MAKING PAKKORA:
*Winged bean or any kind of veg
*Long bean seeds
*Mint leaves
*Green chili-1
*A piece of onion
*Curry leaves
*Salt
*Turmeric-half tea sp
*Rice flor-1/4cup
*Gram flour-3/4cup
*Water as needed
*Chili powder-1 tea sp
*Chili flakes as your taste

FOR MAKING FRUIT CAKE:
*Flour-200g
*Sugar-85g or bit more as your taste
*Butter or margarine-120g
*Baking soda-1 tea sp
*Baking powder-1 tea sp
*Egg-3[small]
*Tutti frutti-70g
*Raisins-70g
*Winter melon candy-50g
*Dates-50g
*Cashew nuts-50g
Vanilla essence-2 tea sp
Milk-4 TBsp
