About
Double loft tiny house on a trailer with no compromise. All modern amenities with full

bathroom and full kitchen. This is not your typical tiny house!

My husband and I built this house 4 years ago on the DIY/Discovery Channel show Building
off the Grid. Season 5 - Tiny Forest Cottage. We built it with modern, high end finishes,
and we built it to live in. We were full time in it for 4 years. Extremely comfortable in
all 4 seasons.




The trailer takes a 2 5/8 ball hitch and must be towed by a truck that can handle 15-18k
lbs. Towing must be arranged by the buyer.

Land is not included with this purchase, so you will need a piece of land to park it on. We
recommend a compacted gravel pad. We jacked up a corner at a time and supported the trailer
with cement blocks.

- Pressurized water garden hose hookup for the warm months and a 100 gallon tank with
booster pump/pressure tank in climate controlled utility room for the winter.
- Typical septic 3" pvc hookup. We added an RV bayonet connector to connect to our septic
3" pvc line.
- 12k BTU Mitsubishi heat pump heater/AC.
- On demand electric water heater
- Full size electric oven/range
- Double farmhouse sink
- Tiled bathroom including full size bathtub
- Dishwasher
- Ash wood countertops
- Red oak floors
- Metal roof with 40yr paint warranty
- Tongue and groove paneling throughout
- Exterior Lighting
- Triple axel 21k lb trailer. House is approx 15k lbs.
- Street legal. No special permit necessary. 13.5' tall. 8' wide. 32' long.



- NOAH certified build so insurance is easy. We have had this house insured for the past 4
years with Dryden Mutual.
