It is early October here in Zone 5 Wisconsin, and the garden is still in full swing. Because of the mild start to fall, many of the summer vegetables are holding on and still producing, especially our eggplant and our tomatoes.

But, we have also seen many of our fall vegetables take off as well as the weather has cooled off.
