Plantsmans Diaries; An English Country Garden 1

A new diary following the remake of a typical English Country Garden. Over the next 24 months I will hopefully show from start to finish the establishment of borders, plants, their propagation and cultivation in some depth. During this winter and spring 2022 much will be laying paths and foundations for a new workshop/potting shed from which to film these videos. I want to explain many new and old techniques and methods of gardening in a simple everyman way....nothing difficult or massively expensive of fanciful. just good old fashioned gardening.
Having retired after 50 years in horticulture my intention is to do for myself the best of what I've spent my entire working life doing for others. If this is of interest to you please understand it is my diary....as such it will reflect 'my own' personal opinions and character.....this may not be to some peoples liking. I am not sorry about that. Not being a smiley, everybody's friend, smart looking presenter is something I cannot change, having been effectively brought up in a potting shed....my language and attitude might reflect that occasionally. There are plenty of good, interesting gardening channels on YouTube.....I would recommend anything by Bunny Guiness in particular. It is not my intention to offend but to explain some of the mystic of gardening in a simple way.
