Join us as we kick off a three-event Slow Food Live series focused on slow dairy courtesy of Truly Grass Fed, an Irish dairy brand that produces delicious butter and cheese with integrity and care for people, animals and the planet. On September 29, join chef Catherine Fulvio for a Taste of Irish Slow Living. Born and raised on a working farm in County Wicklow, Ireland – Catherine is an award-winning author of six cookbooks, the founder of Ballyknocken House & Cookery School and a celebrated television host on both sides of the Atlantic. Catherine will join us from the kitchen of her family farmhouse to talk about our connection to the land, the food it produces and slow living. Catherine will show us a modern twist on an Irish classic, making caramelized leek and cheddar soda bread with tomato relish.
