This First-floor apartment on Gt Queen Street has been finished to an extremely high standard, with high-quality fittings used throughout the apartments. This is particularly true within the kitchen, with the use of Gaggenau appliances, the veined white marble work surfaces and the exceptional carpentry work.

The high ceilings and the sheer size of the reception room give a feeling of grandeur, and you feel like you are in a very unique apartment. The apartment has been created to look and feel modern with the use of wood, glass and stone to maintain the feeling of high quality throughout the apartments.

The property has three bedrooms, all with access to outside space and has its own en-suite facilities. Direct lift access to the apartment is another feature of note and comfort cooling in every room. The proportions are well thought out. You never feel that a room is too small or a hallway is too narrow. There is light and space in every area. You can tell that a lot of time and effort has been put into the layout and design of this fantastic apartment.

Great Queen Street was named in 1670, and in 1645 was simply Queen Street and the houses on it were built by William Newton. In 1927 a lot of the original homes were taken down to make way for the imposing Freemasons Hall built in a grand Art Deco style which the apartments look out onto. 20 Great Queen Street is situated on the North side of the Street facing South, so light pours into the apartments most of the day. The facade of 20 Gt Queen Street is made of the same grey Portland stone as the masonic lodge. Great Queen Street is just a few minute's walk from the Piazza in Covent Garden, The Royal Opera House and many of London's major theatres. You are surrounded by some of the world's best restaurants and attractions.

From Gt Queen Street you really can get to anywhere in Central London. Being in the heart of Covent Garden, you can walk to most Central London locations or take a tube from Covent Garden, Holborn and Charring Cross tube stations.
