We bought 2 homes in the same neighborhood.

When flipping homes in Houston it's rare to get jobs close to each other as Texas is so big. This week I will show you guys two different projects we have going on and you will be surprised how similar the homes are, but how different the numbers are. One of these homes is a flip project and another is a wholetail deal we put minimal work into and re listed on the MLS. Both should be very profitable.
